Mint, Never Hinged, Vintage Block of Four U.S. Postage Stamps
These stamps were issued in 1948 to honor the famous Civil War nurse Clara Barton, who founded the American National Red Cross in 1881.
This block is guaranteed to be fault-free with full, original, never hinged gum. The information insert pictured is also included with the stamps. It would look great framed and would make a great gift!
Please note that the stamps are not mounted to any surface. Because of the white borders of both the stamps and the insert, they have been scanned against a black background for a clearer view of both the stamps and the card. The original gum on the stamps has not been disturbed in any way. All stamps are shipped in protective glassine envelopes.
