. It is the
1999
Fruit Berries
booklet issue with Scott numbers
3298
to
3301
. The 1999 self-adhesive set is
serpentine
die
cut
9½
x 10 on 2 or 3 sides.
Howard Paine
designed the
33c
definitives and they were printed by
Guilford
Gravure for BCA.
Thirty Three
cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic
letter rate from
Jan. 1999 until Jan. 2001.
The blueberry
stamp may have scuffing on the back liner
created by the way booklets are manufactured.
The setenant stamps are
carefully removed from
BK276A
vending booklets of 15 and remain on original
backing paper. The pane positions may vary
from the stock image.
