I do not know a ton about these. But here is what I do know. No cracks, celluloid pull toy with rattles inside, works great. Clean toy. Has Japan inspection sticker on bottom and a Made in Japan sticker as well. Its an awesome piece! The head swivels around as well.
What I THINK. I believe this to be 1950’s, rare and I probably underpriced it.
It will be double boxed and well packed. I am very careful.
